Thanks to a friendly atmosphere and beautiful outdoor surroundings, there are tons of things to do in Marion that everyone can enjoy! Make sure to check out the Peavine Trail which runs for 1.5 miles from State Street in downtown Marion to just south of the First Christian Church on Rutherford Road (right up the hill from the home). Interior features and amenities: Cute, bungalow situated in downtown Marion. Beautifully updated home with plenty of space for entertaining. Full kitchen equipped with all essentials, stainless appliances and drip coffee maker. The TV is located in the living room. A baby tub is also provided as well as a stroller and pack-n-play located in the laundry room.

Accommodations: Sleeps 6 guests. The owner's retreat has a queen-size bed, closet and dresser. The second bedroom offers a full-sized bed, dresser, and personal desk. The third room features two twin beds, dresser and closet. There is a newly renovated, full bathroom located down the hallway and a half bath situated between the kitchen and laundry room area.

Exterior features and amenities: Beautiful, family friendly, large back yard to enjoy the outside! Outdoor fireplace is located towards the back of the yard. Enjoy the cozy, covered front porch while you sip on your morning coffee and gaze at the Mountain view!!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking..
