Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.

There is a $1,000 refundable security deposit. There is a $250 pet fee for one dog. No other pets allowed. There is a $150 cleaning fee. If your stay is less than 90 days local and state taxes will apply. ****
