There are fully stocked living spaces and kitchen, take advantage if you choose to cook while you are here. The home includes well stocked cooking items/utensils for all your cooking needs. Enjoy a spacious living room with ample sunlight and a gorgeous mountain view.

A coffee bar equipped with a drip 12 cup coffee maker and a grinder, we also provide complimentary local coffee for your stay.

Upstairs includes three bedrooms, Two of the rooms have queen sized beds and the third bedroom has a Double bed. These bedrooms are equipped with bedding, bedside lamps and bedside tables. There is a half bath downstairs and two full bathrooms upstairs.

In unit laundry is available with a washer and dryer (including detergent and the laundry essentials).

Enjoy the back porch area with outdoor seating and an outdoor dining area. We have a propane grill and wood burning firepit. Perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather and mountain view!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking..
